What you will receive from us

• The actual answers, in writing When someone asks ChatGPT about a business like yours, it writes them an answer. We show you that answer exactly as it appeared, with a screenshot and the date on it. Most business owners have never seen what AI is telling people about them.
• Your three questions, actually asked We type your three questions into ChatGPT, and into Perplexity, which is another one a lot of people now use instead of Google. That is six answers in total. Each one has a simple result. Your business was mentioned, or it wasn't.
• Who is getting recommended instead of you If your business wasn't mentioned, someone else's was. We tell you exactly which businesses came up, and what they appear to be doing that you aren't.
• Where AI got its information from AI doesn't know anything about your business on its own. It reads other websites and repeats what it finds there. We list every website it used, then check whether your business appears on those sites, whether the details about you are correct, and how you look next to the businesses that do appear.
• Something you cannot look up yourself There is no tool inside Google that shows you this. Google can tell you how many people saw your website. It cannot tell you what AI said about you, or whether it mentioned you at all. The only way to find out is to ask it and write down what comes back, which is what we do.
• Where you sit in ordinary Google too We also look you up the old fashioned way. Where your website appears in the list of Google results, and whether you show up in the little map of local businesses at the top of the page. If you are not there at all, we say so plainly.
• Whether AI actually knows who you are AI writes a brand new answer every time someone searches online. We have seen AI describe one business, then a completely different company hours later in response to the same query. If that happens with yours, it means AI isn't certain which business is yours, and that matters more than anything else on this list, because everything else depends on it.
